How do I use the gadget?   Why can't I see a scheduled meeting in the gadget?   How do I remove a meeting from the list?   How do I re-install the gadget?       How do I use the gadget?       Why can't I see a scheduled meeting in the gadget?   Once a meeting is scheduled it is automatically moved from the Pending tab to the Scheduled tab. It stays in the Scheduled tab for as long as your availability for the meeting is not past due.   How do I remove a meeting from the list?   To remove a meeting, click on its name and then click “delete meeting”. Note that when you delete a meeting, your invitees will not be automatically notified that the meeting has been canceled.   How do I re-install the gadget?   Click the link you received to install the gadget for the first time.     Got more questions?
