The Professional Private Edition is designed for medium and large organizations that use the Google Apps Premier and Education Editions. This edition augments the Starter Edition with resource scheduling, private labeling and encrypted communication (SSL). With this edition the availability of organizational resources such as meeting and conference rooms is completely integrated into the scheduling process, ensuring the availability of the resource and automatically reserving it when the meeting is scheduled. The Professional Private Edition is provided in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model and is private labeled with your organization's brand.
Officially integrated with Google Apps
The Professional Private Edition uses Google's official Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integration guidelines to provide seamless integration with Google Apps. Google's Single Sign-On (SSO) is used for authentication, providing complete security without the need for a separate login. In addition, access is provided via Google's universal navigation, allowing a direct link to the user's Personal ScheduleOnce Dashboard.
When it comes to using ScheduleOnce, users can choose to work from their Personal ScheduleOnce Dashboard or via a native Google Gadget which can be added to the Google Apps Calendar or Gmail.
